Annie Abraham Head Coach

Swimming used to be my sport, but now it’s such a big part of my family’s world. I love getting to watch my boys, Parker and Henry, experience it and grow in their own way.

Coaching is about so much more than giving out sets. It’s about helping build character, confidence, and watching each swimmer develop not just in the water, but as a person. That’s what makes it so rewarding for me.

I am the head coach at Concord Christian School and have been coaching there for the past eight years, and I’m now in my third year with the Concord Hills swim team and second year as head coach. Concord Hills has become such a special community for our family, and I truly love being part of it.

You will almost always find me at a pool, whether it’s with TNAQ, Concord Hills, or Concord Christian.

I’m so excited to spend another summer with the Concord Hills swim team, and I can’t wait to see what each swimmer is capable of this season.

Outside of coaching, I’m also a real estate agent with Wallace Real Estate.

I am very excited to coach at Concord Hills for my fifth season! This year, I have had the opportunity to swim at a Division 1 level at the University of Evansville. During the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, I appeared in three Finals events and posted three UE top-10 times, including the second fastest 400 IM in school history. During my high school career, I had the opportunity to attend the USA Swimming Winter Junior National Championships as well as the USA Swimming Futures Championships. I obtained multiple All-State and All-American Honors as well. Despite loving my time in the pool, my favorite time of the year comes in the summer when I get to serve on the pool deck. Coaching this team is one of my strongest passions, and I have loved watching us grow together over the past five summers. It seems we have continually accomplished more and more as a team. I am looking forward to watching the way this team competes with the best GKAISA has to offer in League 1 this summer! Go Piranhas!

I am honored to have the opportunity to return to Concord Hills for my second season of coaching. I grew up in Farragut, TN where I learned to swim right here with the Piranhas. I competed year-round throughout high school and achieved 3rd place at TN State Championships along with A-finaling in every event. Currently, I serve as the Vice President for the University of Tennessee Vols Swim Club and competed recently at the TYR College Club Swimming National Championships A-finaling as well as posting a top 5 time in the 50 back in the U.S. for college club swimming. When I am not swimming, I work as a commercial pilot and flight instructor in downtown Knoxville building flight experience to become a Naval Aviator. I am excited to be back with the Piranhas and am looking forward to a great season!

I am so excited to be coaching at Concord Hills for my first season! I swam for concord for my senior season, and I absolutely loved it. I have been swimming for 11 years, and competitively for 6. This year, I swam my first season at the division 1 level as a member of the Marshall University swim and dive team. I am part of the 200 free relay that is 9th all time at Marshall. I finaled in 2 out of 3 individual events at the American Conference Championships, where I was also apart of many relays. During high school, I achieved A finals at state every year, including a 2nd place finish in the 200 IM. I achieved many futures and junior national cuts as well. Out of the pool, I love to read, scrapbook, play pickleball, and hang out with my little brother. At Marshall, I am majoring in exercise science with a minor in psychology with hopes to become an occupational therapist. I am so excited for a great season this summer and go piranhas!

This is my second year swimming at Concord Hills, and my 12th year swimming competitively. I am currently swimming at Tennessee Aquatics. This fall, I will be a freshman on the University of Cincinnati Swim and Dive Team. During my high school career, I reached the A finals every year at state in my individual events. My junior year, I was a state champion in the 200 freestyle. I started coaching when I was 14. Outside of the pool I love to watch sports, read, and play board games with my family. At Cincinnati I plan on studying biochemistry with plans to go to medical school. I am so excited for my first summer coaching the Piranahas!

I am so excited to return back to Concord Hills for a third summer! I have been swimming competitively since I was eight years old in South Carolina and continued as I moved to Tennessee. I am currently attending Carson-Newman University where I am getting my associates in general studies then later pursuing a career in radiology. I am also a part of the Carson-Newman swim team where I specialize in backstroke and freestyle. While I am away from the pool, I enjoy going on hikes, being with my family, and traveling. I am so excited to continue helping this team grow and become better swimmers. I am looking forward to having an amazing season! Go Piranhas!

Hey Piranhas! I’m so excited to be your coach this year! I’ve been swimming competitively for 10 years, including 6 seasons with TNAQ here in Knoxville. This will be my second season with Concord and my first year coaching, and I can’t wait to get to know all of you. My favorite and strongest stroke is breaststroke. I currently hold the TNAQ 15–16 record in the 50 breast as well as qualifying for SES and Southern Premier for the last 4 years. I’m really looking forward to helping everyone grow, build confidence, and have a great time in the water this summer. This team is such an amazing, fun, and positive environment, and I’m excited to be part of making this season even better!

I am super excited to be a Piranhas coach for the first time this year. I began swimming for Concord Hills when I was 6 years old and am now 16, so this team has become a large part of my life and identity. I have been doing year round swim for ACAC for almost seven years, and have been on a Farragut middle or high school team for the past five seasons. My favorite stroke is breaststroke. When I’m not swimming, I like to play video games, play with my dogs, and be around my family and friends. I also have enjoyed interacting with and giving pointers to younger swimmers, even just as teammates. I am confident I will enjoy being able to help this team improve and have fun this year. Go Piranhas!
