Hello Piranhas!

Later this week you will see the season's first Piranha Press, which will help us streamline our communications so we aren't in you inbox too often.  In the meantime, we have some important reminders to put on your radar right away, especially for those who couldn't attend the parent meeting.

• Monday is the final deadline for paying fees. Please submit your check or pay online immediately so that your swimmer can continue to participate. See a board member to discuss any extenuating circumstances. 
• Make-up Parent Meetings will be at 10:00 and 11:30 Monday during practices.
• If you have any changes or forgot to declare for the Blue & White or Fox Den meets, please email coach Breanna directly at [email protected].
• Sign up for volunteer shifts on the website for the next two meets ASAP. If every family meets its obligation, we hope to only require three shifts over the season instead of four. Please only sign up for one shift per family per meet unless we are having trouble filling shifts and ask for help. 
• We need more Certified Officials for our meets.  The remaining clinics are on June 3, 4, 10, & 11.  Please consider attending.  Those who serve in certified shifts all summer will receive a $25 discount on next years team fees.
• Please take minute to download the SwimTopia app, sign in, and enable notifications for so that you will receive notifications about weather delays/cancellations or other time-sensitive announcements. We will use this system in place of RainedOut.
• We are looking for a second announcer for meets. This person keeps the crowd posted of events and calls to clerk of course. We hope this person can learn the ropes from Robin Wilde so that we have more than one person able to do the job. Email [email protected] if interested.
• Team and individual pictures will be taken Thursday afternoon. Individuals start at 3:45, and group photo will be at 4:30. Pick up an order form from Ginny at practices.
• Please plan to attend no more than one practice per day until we settle into routine. With so many swimmers condensed into two 45-min practices in the afternoon, we want to make sure those who cannot practice in the morning have priority in the afternoon.
• Parent/Family t-shirts are for sale in the Team Store on our website.  Order online and pay by card, or private message our Facebook page to give your order to Cai Shafer.  You can pay Ginny Herrick by check or cash at the blue & white meet or give to Cai at practice when she returns on Friday.
• If you have not yet ordered a team suit and wish to do so, you should know that some sizes are back-ordered at Elsmore.  Some members have found similar prices on in-stock suits Amazon or other sites.
