Here we are at the last week of the season.  It always comes so fast!  We have a few important reminders to share. Please read carefully. For those participating in City, also be looking for an upcoming email with everything you need to know for that.  Here we go:

City Meet Volunteer Shifts are posted on the website.  If you are participating, please sign up ASAP for a shift.

Blaze Pizza annual carb load and spirit night event is this Wednesday evening at the Turkey Creek location.  Bring the whole family to support the team. Show this flyer on your phone when you eat between 5:00 and 8:30, and Blaze will donate 20% of profits to the team. Invite your friends and neighbors to come support the team, too.

End of the Year Party Reminders

• RSVP for Buddy's BBQ Meal at the End of the Year Party by NOON on THURSDAY.  Respond "attending" ONLY for those who want to eat Buddy's.  Swimmers' meals are free as are family members 4 & under. All others are only $5, to be collected at the gate. The menu is BBQ Pulled Pork, hot dogs, baked beans, macaroni & cheese, potato chips, tea & lemonade.  Tammy Jo Glecker is working on another amazing cake design for dessert. We could use just a few batches of homemade cookies or brownies to supplement if you are a baker and want to contribute.  If you prefer to eat beforehand or bring your own food, there is no need to RSVP. Social & swimming begin at 5:30, dinner will be served at 6:00, awards, parent/swimmer relay, season slide show, and swimmer gifts will follow. Bring chairs!
• Parent Relay Practice for the End of the Year Party will be at 5:30 Wednesday night before we head to Blaze.  Let Breanna know if you want to participate in this fun swim.  Your kids will love you for it!
• Contributions to Coaches' Bonuses can be given to any board member leading up to the end of the year party.  If you want to say an extra "thank you" to one or all of our coaches this summer, donate to the general fund to be divided among all or submit your gift in an envelope with the intended coach's name on it, and we will see that it gets to that coach. Also, the board welcomes your feedback on coach performance, kudos or concerns, in the next couple of days via conversation or email at [email protected].
• The last chance to pick up shirts and photos and to buy team gear will be at the End of the Year Party.  We still have a number of this season's white shirts and tanks available for purchase as well as previous season shirts, towels, backpacks, car magnets and other spirit gear.

Thanks for helping to make this another wonderful season for the Concord Hills Piranhas.  We are looking forward to an exciting City Meet and then to celebrating with you on Monday night!
