All families,

Please take a moment to download the SwimTopia app on your phone and sign in using the login info you used when you registered online for this season.  Adjust the settings to allow alerts.  This is the system we use to notify you if practice must be cancelled or delayed due to storms in the area or other last minute/critical issues.  We can send notifications to you through SwimTopia easily, and they will pop up in your phone instead of having to look for emails.  You only need the free version this summer since we will not need to follow meet updates. We do not use this for distributing general information, so don’t worry that you will be bombarded with alerts.

Also, Piranhas swim in the rain but never in a storm, and the weather at the pool may not be the same as the weather at your house.  If it is only raining, practice will continue in most cases. We will try to send alerts as soon as the situation dictates a change in plans.

If you have any difficulty getting the app or setting it up, please let us know.

Returning families, double check to make sure you still have the app and are logged in, as sometimes unused apps get deleted or need a fresh sign in.
