Hopefully you have heard by now that we will have a Blue and White meet during our morning practices next Friday, the 17th. We hope all of our evening swimmers will be able to join us, too. Each swimmer will swim two individual events. Breanna has been making note of their preferences and will accommodate the kids’ requests as best she can. We can’t wait to have a little racing fun!

We need 6 volunteers for each practice to serve as timers. No experience is needed for this job. It requires hitting start and stop on the watch and writing down times for each event. We also need one parent to hand out popsicles at the end of each session. Everyone should RSVP for the meet, YES or NO, and hopefully also get the volunteer spots filled quickly. PLEASE TAKE A COUPLE OF MINUTES TO DO THIS ASAP.

Parents will be permitted to attend the event, but we ask that you please wear masks, as 6‘+ distancing will likely not be consistently possible. Also, be mindful of clearing the deck area once your swimmer’s session is over to make room for the next group. We may be emailing again with further details, as this format is different for all of us. I’m sure we’ll figure some things out along the way and want to update you.
