2. Field Day *MUST RSVP by TODAY* - Field Day 5/28 from 5-7 pm

*Please bring a towel and water bottle

3. Required registraton for each swimmer with SWIMMINGLY

- What we need from you- the Parent/Guardian?

1. Sign-up for your Swimmingly Clubhouse account at clubhouse.swimmingly.app

2. Go to the Concord Hills sign up page at https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/clubs/register/c...

3. If directed your SWIMMER CODE: c333464f-affb-11eb-83f7-c2b3e1fb23ce

4. Choose the swim season you want to sign your swimmer up for!

5. Select the 'Add Swimmer' button to add them.

6. Click submit!

7. That's it! your swimmer is ready for a fun swim season!

***Please note If your child is not registered by June 3rd they will not be able to compete in the BLUE AND WHITE meet held on June 8th.
