A few reminders for this week....

1. Declarations are due by 5 pm today.

Please note declarations take place in SWIMMINGLY (not the APP)

2. Blue and White Swim Meet: June 8th

While you are delcaring your swimmers PLEASE head to swimtopia to VOLUNTEER for your worker shifts.  We MUST have these time positions filled if we want a smooth and successful first meet.

*if you previously held a LEAD role in any of these volunteer positions we would LOVE to have you back - please reach out to a Board Member or send us an email : [email protected]

*If you are a TIMER: Please be sure you have downloaded the SWIMMINGLY APP (SWIMMINGLY TIMER app for androids) and bring your phone FULLY CHARGED

Follow your swimmers at the Blue and White Meet on your swimminglyFAN app: receive push notifications 3 events prior to their event, see real times results, and follow their progress throughout the season

3. Practice this week: 

Monday - we will be doing a practice run of what our starting system looks and sounds like for each of our age groups *morning and afternoon practices*

Tuesday - morning practice as usual * 4:30 pm arrival for swimmers to check in for blue and white meet * 

Wednesday- FUN DAY swim practice 

Thursday - practice as usual morning and afternoon

Friday - DONUT Friday morning practice!
