Meet Declarations Open and a Note from Coach Lucy
Hello Piranhas!
What a great Blue and White Meet yesterday! Thank you to all who helped make it such a successful meet, and congratulations to all our swimmers- you all were awesome!
All meets are now open in Swimmingly to declare ‘yes’ or ‘no’. You MUST declare for each meet (whether you will be there or not) through the Swimmingly website, NOT the Swimmingly app. All declarations must be made by the deadline posted for each meet.
Below, are several screenshots detailing how to declare, for anyone who may need help. It can be done in 4 simple steps- log in, click on Meet Schedule (left side), click on Swimmer Signup for whichever meet you are declaring for, and then click yes or no for each swimmer- it will save automatically! That’s it! We have found it is easiest to do on a computer or tablet, as the screen needs to be wide enough to show the Swimmer Signup link.
The Fox Den meet will take place next Tuesday, June 15 at Fox Den. Meet declarations are due by 5pm on Friday, June 11. Please take a moment to click on the link below and declare!

Thank you! Go Piranhas!
Now, here is a message from Coach Lucy-
Hi team!!
Thank you for an awesome Blue & White meet!! I just wanted to give a few reminders before our first dual meet next week. Please declare your swimmer yes OR no. It is much easier for me to create line-ups if I am not tracking you down. Also, please remind your swimmers that the coaches only put them in events we are confident that they can swim. We had many people request to not swim their event at Blue & White. I will only be scratching people from events based on emergency situations. Please stay in touch with me if these situations arise.
Finally, please keep in mind that when your coaches are on deck, they are focused on your swimmer. We are happy to talk with you after practice. We appreciate all of your support this season and we are so excited for the upcoming meets. Please do not hesitate to discuss your questions or concerns with us.
Go Piranhas,
Lucy Donaldson
