    City Meet Volunteers Needed!

    Hi all!

    We desperately need volunteers for City Meet on Thursday & Saturday!

    *BIG SHOUT OUT* to the Friday parents for covering all our required shifts!

    Please remember ALL families are supposed to work at least FOUR shifts this season. Our team is fined 25 points and $20 per position for unfilled shifts- this can severely impact our overall score! At the worker meeting, they WILL do a roll call to be sure we have these positions filled.

    Please help us fill these positions ASAP! I've listed them below based on our needs each day. You can sign up via Swimtopia or email me if you need help signing up.

    THURSDAY:

    Clerk of Course, boys pool, 1st shift (3-5pm) - need 1 volunteer

    Clerk of Course, boys pool, 2nd shift (5-7pm) - need 1 volunteer

    Relay Jump Judge (All relays- Mixed, Medley, Free- Boys pool) - need 1 volunteer

    SATURDAY:

    Clerk of Course - Boys pool, 1st shift (9-11am): 2 volunteers needed

    Clerk of Course- Boys pool, 2nd shift (11:15-2:45): 2 volunteers needed

    Clerk of Course- Boys pool, 3rd shift (2:45-4pm): 2 volunteers needed

    Timer- boys pool, 2nd shift (11:15-2:45): 1 volunteer needed

    (Timers- there will be a brief, mandatory Microsoft Teams meeting on Wednesday, July 10th at 7pm- we will email you the link after you sign up).
