NOTES AND REMINDERS:

• CUSTOM SUIT SWAP or PICK UP!! We still have several of the girls suits and team t-shirts for 2017 to distribute. In addition, due to sizing issues we have suits in various sizes that are available for swapping with your suit if it didn’t fit. We can swap at 5:15 Monday and Tuesday at 12:00PM at the pool pavillion.
• WHAT’S YOUR JAM?? Ask your kids what their favorite song is and please let us know for the end of year video! You can also post your kid’s suggestions to our Facebook song post!
• SAY CHEESE! :-) - PHOTO NEWS and End of Year Party Video - One of our great parents takes pictures for the team every year. If you would like to check them out, the new link for this year's photos is http://goo.gl/nnI7Zo and the password is: Zombie Nation . If you have photos from this year to share with the team, please send them to [email protected] so Faith can consider them for end of season video. SENIORS: You need to email 4-8 photos that you want included for the end of season video by July 18 to the address above.
• CONGRATULATIONS!! to all our swimmers who attended another great meet at the Maryville Flying Dolphins Annual Smoky Mountain Invitational. Please note that is meet is not a league meet and medals are awarded to top 3 winners by best time per event. Ribbons for 2nd-6th are by best time by event as well. Heat winner ribbons are awarded to the swimmer on deck post race.

• MONDAY, July 17th –5:15 PM. Custom suit pick up or swap opportunity. Swapping based on current inventory only.
• TUESDAY, July 18TH – 12:00PM  - The custom suits will be available for pick up or swapping.
• TUESDAY, July 18TH – City Meet T-Shirt Sign Up Deadline. Please see Mrs. Cai at practice if you want to purchase a t-shirt!
• TUESDAY, July 18TH – KRC at Concord Hills Meet – Swimmers on deck at 3:45PM please! It’s SENIOR swim night too! Congratulations to all our senior swimmers!
• TUESDAY, July 18TH - SENIORS - EOY Video Deadline - If you would like to have your personal photos included of you as a little kid in the End of Year Video, you need to email 4-8 photos  you like to  [email protected] .
• THURSDAY, July 20th from 4PM-8PM We are having a spirit night  fundraiser at Zaxby’s in Turkey Creek. Bring the family and your friends to this this event and make sure you say that you are there for Concord Hills and we will receive 20% of the proceeds to the team general fund for things like new equipment or fun Fridays celebrations!

• RSVP for Swimmers! PLEASE READ ME!
  • RSVP Deadline was July 1 for this meet. If you find you can swim after the RSVP is locked out online, reach out to Coach Breanna and she will make adjustments to the heat sheet as she can. It may mean that your child will not compete in a planned relay, but they can always swim in an individual stroke heat--even if it’s last minute. If you want to swim, we will do our best to add you in where you want to be. 
  • Remember RSVP means Yes OR No. We need to know if you are not attending as well please so we don’t have to track down non-replies.
• CHP Volunteers for KRC
  • SIGN UP STATUS -We are doing pretty well on this last sign up, but we still need 8 positions filled.
  • PLEASE remember to sign the VOLUNTEER SIGN IN sheets at the MEET when you work to verify that you completed your shift. BOTH Volunteers and Swimmers have to sign in. If you are working both halves at the same meet, you need to sign twice – once for each position/shift on the sign in sheets. If you are switching/filling in, please ask the Volunteer Coordinator for assistance to set the records straight. Thank you! We couldn’t do it with you!!
