Hello Parents of girls!  Let me start by thanking each of you for your patience during the process of dealing with Zone Swimwear.  99% of the suits have been handed out. If your swimmer got her suit, and you are happy with the fit, you can stop reading now.  However, sadly, many of the girls are having fit issues, due to no fault of their own.  Also unfortunately, Zone only sent 1 extra suit in three or four sizes so we do not have many to try and swap from our stock.   So we would like to try and organize some sort of collective "swap meet" and maybe between the group we can meet some of your needs.  I realize this is super short notice but here are the times we have come up with:

Monday (today) 5:15: under the pavilion at the pool.

Tuesday 12:00: under the pavilion at the pool.

Honestly I'm not sure how this should work but we will give it a try.

If you are not interested in trying to swap into a better fit, or if after this "swap" attempt your swimmer still does not have a suit that fits properly,  I would strongly encourage each of you to seek a refund from Zone directly.  They are custom suits and we were told no refunds, but many, if not all, of the sizing issues stem from Zone not providing appropriate suits for the initial sizing in May (different material that stretched more & the cut being different), or production issues with the sizing not being true.  Whatever the reason, the fit issue was not on our end, as we did the right things, but on their end and hopefully Zone will issue refunds for improper fit.  Sorry this has been such a fiasco.  Thanks,
