Hello,

According to our records, you are a little behind on your volunteer requirement so, we wanted to give you "First Dibs" on some super easy volunteer opportunities at tomorrows meet.  The following positions need to be fulfilled:

1.) Computer Entry (Second Session) - This is a seated position entering times into the database.

2.) Finish Judge (Second Session) - This position requires no training - there will be a brief "how to" prior to start of the meet.

3.) Ribbons (Second Session) - This is a seated position putting stickers with times on ribbons.

4.) Scoring (First Session) - This is a seated position writing scores onto a score sheet.

5.) Scoring (Second Session) - This is a seated position writing scores onto a score sheet.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the above listed positions, your volunteer obligations, or how to sign up to volunteer.  It truly takes an army to make sure these meets run smoothly and in a timely fashion and we appreciate any help you can lend.
