Greetings fellow Piranha Parents,

We would like to briefly introduce ourselves as your Concord Hills Piranha Volunteer Coordinators and offer a few friendly reminders about your required volunteer shifts. My name is Meghan Rockafellow, I have an 8&Under second year swimmer and a Junior Piranha.  I am Robin French, I have an 8&Under first year swim team swimmer and a future Junior Piranha.  We are excited to help organize our efforts as parents and volunteers to make this the best summer of swim team yet!

 You are receiving this email because our records indicate that you have not completed all or most of your FOUR required volunteer shifts.  Please remember that without completing this volunteer requirement your swimmer(s) will be ineligible to compete in later meets. It’s not too late to volunteer for THIS Thursdays meet, just sign up through the website and sign-in upon arrival. 

It takes every swim parent/guardian to make these meets a success.  We take great pride in our swim community and the volunteers that help support it.  If you feel you have received this email in error, please contact either Meghan or Robin and we are happy to further discuss.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about meet volunteer opportunities. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Peninsula Club.
